Drink lots of teas — herbal like chamomile or licoriceroot to soothe a sore throat, or there are certain herbal tea blends (Traditional Medicinals makes several therapeutic teas) to soothe congestion or help you sleep.
Sometimes I like to add a little honey when I drink it or a teaspoon of licoriceroot to the recipe but I love the creamy bitter flavor of this drink without sweetener.
