I wanted to create a refreshing recipe for their Summer promotion, so I created a marinade for the kabobs and a vinaigrette
dressing for the salad using their Elderberry Balsamic Vinegar and Lime Olive Oil — a delicious combination!
I made
the dressing for the salad using Litehouse Avacado Ranch with Bacon Dressing and Dip.

Recently, I've
used it in spicy peanut noodle
salad, an avocado and lime
dressing for kale - carrot
salad, and sauteed veggies.
Feel free to set some aside to
use as a
dressing for a
salad to go along with your chicken.
Their Signature Series Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the one I
used in this vinaigrette recipe, is a selection of the best varieties of olives and it's the perfect oil to
use in any
salad dressings and marinades, and even
for bread dipping.
I
use the same little ball jar

So many of these
salads have add ins like croutons or ingredients in the
salad dressing that prevent us from being able to
use them so it is so refreshing to finally have options
for busy nights!
For my
salads the ingredients I
used were 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
dressing, grape tomatoes (sliced in half), hard - boiled egg, crumbled bacon, sunflower seeds, and baby spinach.
If I were sharing this with a friend or guests I might make the
dressing a bit more elaborate (
for example
using the
dressing from Otsu
salad in Super Natural Cooking).
Ideal
for gently heated sauces and
dressings and is also great
for use in
salads, medium - heat baking and fresh foods too.
Balsamics vinegars are often
used for salad dressings and marinades.
We
used to make them at work all the time

I topped my
salad with pre-cooked lotus root, carrot and corn and
