I poured the entire
vinegar dressing mixture on top of the tofu / veggies / noodles and I thought the flavor was a bit strong.
There's actually two parts to this recipe: the colorful vegetable base made with carrots, broccoli, onions and optional jalapeno and the
creamy dressing mixture made with cashews, lemon juice and dill for a tangy flavor.
In the few days since I made this batch of pickled fennel, I have: chopped up the fennel and mixed it with rice, along with some of the pickling liquid and olive oil; added the fennel to blanched fresh cranberry and green beans and
dressed the mixture with pickling liquid, olive oil, and herbs; chopped the fennel and added it to a salad, and used the pickling liquid to make the dressing; eaten the pickles with cheese and crackers; added them to a sandwich.

When sorghum is cooked, add fruit, vegetables, nuts and
dressing mixture into slightly cooled pot and gently stir to combine.

Add the cooked tortellini, drained artichokes, drained olives to

the dressing mixture into a mason jar, put the lid on well, shake a couple times, and then let it sit in the fridge for 10 minutes to set and thicken up.

the dressing mixture and taste for seasoning.
In large bowl, toss shredded lettuce with
dressing mixture.
Add lettuces and quartered strawberries to
dressing mixture; toss to combine.
Whisk in oil and tarragon; reserve 2 tablespoons of
the dressing mixture.
Pour
the dressing mixture over the vegetables.
Pour
the dressing mixture into a mason jar, put the lid on well, shake a couple times, and then let it sit in the fridge for 10 minutes to set and thicken up.
Slowly combine olive oil to
the dressing mixture and blend until well combined.
Now reach to the bottom of the bowl into the mixture with a rubber spatula and toss the spinach with the rest of
the dressing mixture.
Fold in drained lump crabmeat, celery and green onion into
the dressing mixture until well mixed and refrigerate.
