This simple
dressing of white wine vinegar and Dijon can also be used on a salad, and if you want to reduce the amount of fat per serving, just drizzle on a little less.

Dress the cauliflower and other ingredients with abundant olive oil, a bit
of white wine vinegar and salt to taste as you would a regular salad, mixing well but taking care not to break up the flowerets.
While carrots are steaming, mix together the

Mix the
