I honestly have no idea if my ingredient list for the dressing below is remotely in line with Chef Marcel's recipe, but the end result tastes spot on.

Ιτ was excellent but 1 cup dressing was too much in my opinion... i would half it next time... Great recipe though... i loved the idea about the spicy vinegret with ppper!
