I remember RVP missing a crap loads before scoring but because Giroud doesn't have
dribbling skill like players in FIFA games, many of these kids think he's crap when he's not.
They make job easier for the defender although TAA & Robertson still did a great job at the wide area which Man City always like to explore from, with the pace &
dribble skill the like of Sane & Sterling (surprisingly did not start).
I think what Arsenal really needs currently is a playmaker or midfield general that has good vision, passing and

likes to play a cam in one of the wing to get more possesion... im on th more dinamic play with to fast wingers who have goals and can get the line to take the pass to our target man (giroud or other)... because of that also is that wenger need a player on the cf who can play holdup playing... but, if wenger continiue to play that way and demands a player with good technique and short pass, i thing he also need to go for a player with goals and more pace than ramsey... he play ramsey there because he shows that he knows where is the f * net and have the technique and pass... but he needs more pace and even better
dribbling skills... in that case i would go for isco or gotze
On the other hand, in Wenger's defense, Giroud neither has the speed nor the finishing, not the
dribbling skills to play facing goal more,
like Aguiro, Kane, Lukaku and other more complete strikers.

like a Henry or RVP when playing to make up for not being prolific.

like of Chelsea, RM, Barca, and Bayern with Giroud / Walcott unless we get a proper striker, all round one with good finishing and positioning with fair pace and

like your list for players in and out except for Welback and Gibbs (I know that's will never happen at least in Wenger era)... I think Welback is a good asset and adds more attacking options, he is tall and can disrupt the defense by his astonishing sprint, and also has fair
dribbling skills... You must put Wenger in your out list in order to have it all done...
