I've been loving it so much for breakfast, mixing a few spoonfuls of it with
banana slices, frozen raspberries, raw cacao nibs and
dried figs; seriously the best breakfast ever!
Heat a non-stick pan on a medium heat, then add the
banana slices and fry on both sides in the
dry pan until brown and caramelised.
That super duper crunch happens when you fry the
banana slices in oil and then quickly
dry them out in the oven.

A few of us shared the Crunchy Honey Banana Oatmeal which had homemade steel - cut oats topped with crunchy granola, toasted almonds,
dried cranberries, fresh
sliced bananas, and a drizzle of honey.
Once your
dry and wet ingredients are all ready, place the
banana slices on the bottom of your prepared baking dish until the bottom is completely covered.
FYI: coconut whipped cream +
banana slices + flaked coconut + salted hot fudge sauce +
dry roasted peanuts + sea salt flakes = one of the most satisfying and indulgent lazy lady snacks you'll ever eat.

Sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes (technically fruit but who's counting), small bell peppers with seeds removed... Fruit: Grapes, strawberries, blueberries, fresh pineapple wedges, melon,

dried apricots... Grains: Mini pretzels, homemade muffins, whole - wheat crackers, mini bagels with jam.
