chili powder, ginger, cloves, anise
seed, fennel
seed, and
dried orange peel.

seeds (whole) 1 tablespoon cumin
seeds (whole) 1 tablespoon
dried oregano 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Cut off the tops and slice open the
dried chilis and remove the
seeds.
