I made this today for dinner and served it on it's own with
dried coconut on top - a total winner for everyone!!

coconut oil and cacao sauce and then you can sprinkle
on toppings like
dried mulberries, cacao nibs and bee pollen.
For some reason
coconut oil doesn't absorb very well into my skin — it tends to stay
on top of it and then just come off, allowing my legs to just go
dry again.
I reserved a bit of the
dry mixture to sprinkle
on top, with additional
coconut oil
on top to help it brown, and then a dusting of turbinado sugar.
There is a lot going
on here, shredded
coconut, crunchy walnuts, collops of almond butter, chunks of banana and a
topping of chewy pieces of
dried banana.
Well, it turned out to be more
coconut - y and very
dry on the
top but moist
on the bottom.
I love to snack
on these
dried coconut flakes by themselves or add them as a
topping to anything.

coconut stayed
dry and somewhat tasteless, especially
on top.
