Hello, Can you use
dried lentils instead and let them cook in the sauce during the 30 minutes it is simmering?

So I took heed and used 8 minced garlic cloves
instead of 4, three bay leaves, t tsp
dry thyme used 4 cups of chic stock, and 3 water and 1 3/4 C red
lentils, and I did not puree them.
I added extra garlic,
dried cranberries in place of raisins, cooked the
lentils with bay leaf in the water, and used sage
instead of thyme in the loaf.
I used black beans
instead of pinto and a can of
lentils rather than
dried, then carrots
instead of capsicum, chilli paste
instead of powder and it was divine!
Red
lentils are really adaptable, I didn't want the brownies to be
dry so I cooked the
lentils first and then blended them into a smooth puree, this way they add moisture
instead of take it away.
Sub fresh cherries for
dried when they're in season, use green
lentils instead of black, or try goat cheese
instead of feta.
Instead of salt try
dry lentils or porridge oats.
Each of these
dry food products is made with at least one premium - quality protein at the top of the ingredients list and they are all grain - free as well, made with alternative carbohydrates like garbanzo beans,
lentils and peas
instead of grains.
