Rather than break out the ornaments (with the movers coming soon after Christmas), we bought some small gold glass balls that E picked out (because they were «shiny») and made cinnamon applesauce ornaments and
dried some orange slices.
Add pinecones, cinnamon, sprigs of rosemary, and
dried orange slices to a bowl then sprinkle over a couple of drops of vanilla extract to add to the scent.
Indulge in the holiday spirit by adding
dried orange slices.
We brought out
the dried orange slices in the fall when the bulk of the summer fruit harvest was gone.
