dried raisin in them but the Husband is not a big fan so I left that out!

Hey Melanie, a sultana is very similar to a
raisin in that it's just a
dried grape — sultanas come from white grapes and
raisins come from red grapes!

I found this step to be totally worthwhile, but if you're not up to it you can do any of the following: (1) simply omit the chips,
in which case the granola will be nonetheless delicious, (2) buy a bag of banana chips and toss them
in, though watch out for fried banana chips, which you are welcome to use, though they will add significantly to the recipe's fat content, or (3) throw
in some alternative source of
dried fruity sweet and chewiness, like
raisins or dates.
Try providing your kids with a lunch box containing their favorite foods and drinks or them to carry gluten free
dried fruits or
raisins in a bag.
