Rice and flax milks are indeed thinner / less creamy than
almond and soy milks, but they would work just fine in this recipe, as would hemp, oat, hazelnut, or
coconut (the stuff designed for
drinking, not the canned kind, which has way more fat, and thickens or partially hardens in the fridge) milks.

From what I read yesterday, we can't
drink the unsweetened
almond and
coconut milk in the dairy case — it has carageenan and too many other chemicals which are off the whole30 list.

While nutrition and taste get top billing for this new beverage, what's most unique about this
drink is that consumers add their own liquid — water,
coconut water,
almond milk or milk — to the single - serve «shake and
drink» bottle to create a fresh, delicious, customized smoothie they can simply shake and
drink anytime, and easily take with them anywhere.
Served in tall glasses and topped with de rigueur foam art, they're certainly fun to look at, and the barista will suggest which milk —
almond,
coconut, or Oatly oat — to pair with your chosen
drink.

But you can also use (i) regular cow's milk (or goats milk), (ii) another non-dairy milk like
almond, cashew or oat milk, (iii)
coconut water or (iv) try using 1/2 — 1 cup of natural yoghurt or kefir (a fermented milk
drink) and thinning out with water, as required.
I
drink two types of greens per day, but I use Raw Beauty in the morning and it gives me something to look foward to when I wake up ^ ^ it's so delicious, I mix it with

drinking milk by the glass or use it to make lattes or smoothies, consider trying unsweetened

coconut milk instead.
I love the Matcha Chai and I
drink it as a latte with
almond or
coconut milk, in a bowl.
I just pour unsweetened
almond milk, blueberries, and a bit of
coconut or
almond slivers into the blender and let it puree (the boys
drink almond milk, but I use cashew milk instead).
