options that are easy to prepare while I'm still
drinking my first
cup of coffee, and these veggie - packed muffins are perfect!
Possible
options include half - pint mason jars, small
drinking cups, a muffin pan or even disposable paper
cups.
I like keeping
drink options at a party simple and easy to wipe up if a child happens to spill their
cup.
Another
option to extend the benefits of breastfeeding without actually physically feeding your child (to avoid people's comments or criticism) is to pump and let your baby
drink the milk out of a
cup or bottle.
Naturally decaffeinated teas are a better
option, but if you must
drink caffeinated coffee, at least increase your calcium intake by 150 mg for each
cup you

option to refresh fluid levels with a tasty, no - calorie
drink.
Whatever you choose to do, there are numerous surrounding locations where you can do it — have a great
cup of coffee,
drink cocktails with friends, shop, visit an exhibition, listen to great music, the
options are limitless.
