We are approaching the winter season now and many of you would like to have a warm beverage — drink hot water or you can make one exception and
drink decaffeinated teas without any stimulants, cream and sugar.

Refreshing routines as nighttime approaches like
drinking a cup of warm milk or
decaffeinated tea will work.
So it is better to
drink fruit juice, mineral water or
decaffeinated coffee or
tea as alternative.
Decaffeination deduces antioxidants so it is highly preferable to
drink naturally caffeine free beverages like herbal coffee and herbal
teas compared to
decaffeinated coffee and
tea.
Naturally
decaffeinated teas are a better option, but if you must
drink caffeinated coffee, at least increase your calcium intake by 150 mg for each cup you
drink.
The U.S. National Cancer Institute is funding a study looking at the the effects of
drinking 10 to 15 cups of
decaffeinated green
tea in reversing pre-cancerous lesions in the lungs of former smokers.
This way of
decaffeinating tea at home though, could remove up to 80 % of the caffeine in your
drink which multiplied a couple of times a day adds up to quite a lot.
I don't
drink any of these, and my husband does: coffee,
decaffeinated coffee,
tea, red wine, white wine, beer, orange juice...
So, I just
drink one cup of Yerba Mate per day, and the rest of the day I
drink decaffeinated green
tea.

decaffeinated coffee consumption were associated with older age and lower consumption of sugar - sweetened soft
drinks and
