I do nt know how other babies
drink good amount of milk, take naps during the day and sleep through out the night.

Although there's no hard and fast rule about the
amount of milk your child should be
drinking at this point, it's a
good idea to consider that formula - fed babies need around 400 ml
of cow's
milk at this point, and that breastfed babies should be down to two to three breastfeeds per day by one year.
Though water is the
best, you can also obtain significant
amounts of fluids from
milk, fruit and vegetable juices, soups, caffeine - and sugar - free soft
drinks.
As
well as the
milk and juice that your child normally
drinks with meals, slowly increase the
amount of water.

well, the smaller
amount of grains will take more time to ferment and the
milk won't separate into whey and curds as quickly by the time you are ready to
drink kefir.

drink does not have a huge
amount of caffeine given all
of the
milk but it may not be the
best night time
drink for caffeine - sensitive children.
