water is also important while on a lemon
water diet and you should also make sure that the
limes or lemons that you will be using are at room temperature.
Or try adding them to
water, with a little
lime and honey as a sports
drink.
Try chia seeds, allowed to soak in
water for a hour where they swell up, the add some lemon or
lime juice and eat /
drink, possibly along with a level teaspoon of coconut oil.
Instead, I like to make - ahead a
drink that has either vodka, tequila or gin, 3 part soda
water, 1 part juice, some lemon or
lime and a squeeze of liquid stevia.
Mix it with some
water, lemon or
lime juice, and natural sweetener and you have yourself one SUPER
drink.
The Master Cleanse, for example, is a mixture of
water, fresh
