I did not retouch it once and all I did was constantly
drink out of straw.

drink out of a straw the entire day and I kept checking my makeup every 15 minutes.
100g avocado, fresh ginger (as much as you like, I use about 5 - 10g) 1/2 squeezed lime, 10g coconut oil and water (just to make it able to
drink out of a straw) Mix it in a blender until smooth, this is delicious and has a lot of good fats in it!
Sometimes putting an ice cube in the milk is appealing to babies who like the sound of it in the cup, while others enjoy
drinking out of a straw.

Maybe it's making for «no
straw» in your
drink when you go
out, bringing your own bags to the grocery store, getting coffee or a smoothie in your own cup / jar, bringing your own silverware when you're
out and about, switching from paper to cloth napkins, buying bread from a local bakery or making it yourself instead
of buying in plastic, switching to a menstrual cup or washable cloth pads instead
of disposable, there's so many different ways to produce less waste.
I know the smoothie would taste even better
drank out of a glass
straw!
So tonight I pulled
out the cherries, sadly and yet optimistically skewering the last
of them with my wiley flexible
drinking straw.

drinking they have camel back toddler water bottles that are
straws they have to bite to get the water
out, these are really and truly leak proof except for when they take a huge mouthful
of water and SPIT IT EVERYWHERE.

of cups had a
straw lid that was difficult for them to

of straw cups we used had a gap between the bottom
of the cup and the
straw, which made it quite difficult towards the end
of the
drink to get all the liquid

of too small clothes)... fill a waterbottle (camelbak makes a great one since it has a bite
straw and you do nt have to tilt the bottle to
drink wonderful in labor!)
