Drink raw goat milk, goat milk kefir, duck eggs, nuts, seeds, fruit, etc..
I have Crohn's and the thing that helped me is I started
drinking raw goat milk.

However, now that we have our own dairy animals, I have found that I can
drink up to 2 cups of
raw goat milk, or 1 cup of
raw cow
milk a day without difficulty, or a similar amount of
raw dairy products.
There are provisions for states and territories to regulate and permit the sale of
raw drinking milk, though currently no states have legislated to allow for
raw cow
milk to be sold (the sale of
raw goat milk is permitted in NSW, WA, SA and Qld).
I make yogurt with
raw cow's
milk because that's what we
drink and have, but I believe the process is the same for low - fat or skim
milk, and
goat or sheep's
milk.
