I to can only eat things that is organic so I redo alot of the
recipes so I can eat alot of stuff I «am allgic to pesticides, hornmores, n antibotics, dairy, eggs, whey, so I watch n read everything, I do not have a galdbladder n was told I could eat everything after that well I could not n get sick after that it will
come out of 1 of the ends is all i need to say, but if I eat this stuff I «am ok, for everybody that may have the same problem as me just try

I stumbled on this pumpkin spiced latte
recipe and thought it'd be a great
drink to serve to my small group that
comes to my house each week.
If you notice in the nutrition information link, my
recipe has a glycemic load of just 2, whereas the glycemic load of the barista made
drink comes in at about 20 or more, depending on the serving size.
It
comes with a
recipe book so that mom can make special
drinks like Spiced Chair Latter or Sparkling Cherry & Blood Orange
drinks.
The fact that it
comes as a liquid makes it easy to utilize in soft
drinks and other
recipes.
This
recipe is quick and simple to make on the stove top, but if you want an extra-authentic
drink that would
come from a coffee house, you can use a milk frother (affiliate link) to heat the milk for this latter, or just to add a dollop of foam to the top, or you can vigorously whisk the milk over the stove to help make some foam without any extra equipment.
