If you prefer a more
drinkable consistency, use less ice.
The almond milk / coconut milk are just suggestions, you can use whatever kind of milk you like to blend the smoothie to
a drinkable consistency.

You should end up with a
drinkable yogurt kind of
consistency.
That being said, the taste of goat's milk yogurt is lovely, but the
consistency is more like a
drinkable yogurt (like Indian lassi).
Besides the thicker, more satisfying
consistency, smoothie bowls allow you to add all manner of whole toppings that would be extremely impractical in a
drinkable smoothie.
