Since I wasn't feeling that great this past Friday, I
drank lots of this Coconut Cinnamon Hot Chocolate,
chai tea, green

Once I've made these two things, I then take out a big pot and put into it about 2 - 3 cups of
tea, 1 - 2 cups of this cream and a litre or so of half - almond milk, half coconut milk, along with some sugar - free chocolate, cocoa (or cocoa and cacao butter), sweetener, spices (like
chai spice), flavorings like vanilla or caramel, salt (I always add a little salt to most sweets, it balances the flavor)... basically anything you think will be good in a [quote] mocha [/ quote] type
drink (I even put small amounts of maca and other medicinal mushroom powders to up the nutritional value - but just a little, to avoid bitterness).
Then pick warming foods and spices, such as cinnamon, cardamom, oatmeal and vegetable soups, and
drinks, such as
chai tea.

I'll preface this with I don't actually
drink coffee (I'm a
chai tea girl), and I'm writing this in my pjs in bed with a glass of white wine — I'm still trying to make #whitewineemoji a thing.
Because I don't
drink coffee I can't get on the style blogger fall bandwagon and have a pumpkin spice latte in my hand (unless it's a pumpkin spice
chai latte from Argo
Tea) and I don't want to wear boots before it's time.
I won't include those warm
drinks like pumpkin spiced and
chai tea lattes because I
drink iced coffee year - round and those just don't sound appealing to me!
This sounds yummy, but I don't
drink coffee, (makes me too edgy) Instead, I'll try to mix up a milky, creamy, steamed, spicy milk, or maybe a
chai tea type.
But I only order non-coffee
drinks LOL like matcha, vanilla, and
chai tea.
Coffee is generally weak and instant;
chai (sweet milk
