With a full day and the need for efficiency, I find
drinking a kale smoothie in the morning or as an afternoon snack is a sure way to stay fueled and alert.
My daughter would

Really bad numbers started at -3.8, then getting better 1 year later -3.6, 6 months later -3.5, it's slowly getting better so I'm increasing my steamed
