I've just started making my own
Kefir and using Organic full cream
milk, living in a warm climate it has really taken off, my husband is really enjoying it, But apart from tasting it i'm afraid to actually
drink it as I'm pregnant and I can't seem to find definate information if it's safe or not????? Can any one advise me?

milk with and between meals (and making some
kefir with it).
