drinking seltzer water — she had read.in an AARP bulletin that this affected sleep.
I've been
drinking seltzer water, sometimes sweetened w / some stevia.
If beer happens to be my choice, and I love a good IPA, I will
drink a seltzer water first which will fill me up enough to slow me down (and great for hydrating).
