Though, I'm mostly interested in
drinking smoothies for micro nutrients and appetite satiety, so the fiber integrity issue is of little concern to me personally, so long as it's not detrimental in any way.
Now that I've been
drinking smoothies for so long, I've gotten used to their mild sweetness without the dates.
I'm in that phase right now — the warmer air and blossoming trees are making me crave refreshing foods, and I can honestly imagine
myself drinking a smoothie for every meal.
I love the title of this post because I find myself telling people to eat oatmeal and

drink a smoothie for breakfast, chockfull of baby kale, spinach, and swiss chard, is kind of a transformation.
