drones were able to legally fly beyond the line of site of
operators in commercial settings, current battery technology only allows them to fly for around 20 to 30 minutes before
needing a recharge.
Right now, it's legal to fly a
drone in the U.S. within an
operator's line of sight, but for
drone delivery to come to fruition, unmanned aircraft will
need some kind of shared, nationwide flight tracking system.
