A few
drops of coconut flavoring for punch and shredded coconut for texture, and you are in tropical island heaven!
I did also whip the «icing» — which is more of a ganache, but is absolutely fabulous (and added
a drop of coconut flavor, cause I just have to tweak stuff).
If you'd like to use some coconut ingredients in this cake, you can add about 4
drops of coconut flavor to the batter (or you can use 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract, which is less concentrated than coconut flavor).

You can also add some unique
flavor and texture to these truffles by adding a few
drops of peppermint extract to the mix or rolling them in some toasted
coconut before cooling.
