In a smaller bowl, whisk the eggs, butter, buttermilk, and vanilla together and pour into
the dry ingredient bowl.
In a second bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients until well blended and add to the dry ingredients
Slowly add liquid mixture to
the dry ingredient bowl and mix with the paddle attachment.
Pour the wet ingredients into
the dry ingredient bowl and mix until combined.
Add wet ingredients into
the dry ingredient bowl.
Create a hole in
your dry ingredients bowl and as you add your wet ingredients, slowly stir the mixture together.
Now add wet ingredients + 6 tablespoons coconut oil to
the dry ingredients bowl and mix with a stand or hand mixer for about 5 minutes until combined.
In a sifter over
a dry ingredients bowl, measure with (NO presifting) AP flour.
Pour the contents of smaller bowl into
the dry ingredient bowl.
