I use whatever type
of onion (s) I have (usually more than one
kind), whatever sort
of day old
bread I have, whatever stock or combination
of stocks I have, and whatever
dry wine I have open... The below recipe is open to changes and interpretation.

dried cranberries, and whatever veggie is around; venison cheesesteaks on pretzel rolls; beer - braised cabbage with mustard and venison ring bologna; pile
of greens from the farm share, wilted with something, with some
kind of grain and / or
bread and / or cheese
I was a bit disappointed with this recipe as mine came out a bit
dry and the
bread kind of fell apart when it was sliced for serving.
This is super clever recipe using up all
kinds of leftover risotto or even plain rice and
dry bread.
It also meant that this
kind of bread was probably made with refined sugars,
dried yeast, and artificial ingredients.
I wouldn't do straight corn starch though as I've found that it can
kind of dry out
breads a bit.
Adrian I'm
kind of on a low budget and I only have Top Ramen Noodles, beans, wheat
bread and
dried milk, and some can fruite.Not much can I lose weight with just that.Plus I want to become a pole dancer soon, so I want to lose alot this month.Also I had a baby last year and I still have this stomach flab I just cant get rid
of and strech marks (light, on stomach).
