Honestly, when I don't have
fresh oregano in - hand, I often replace is all with
dried.
I like to add some
dried oregano (
fresh is too potent), and

I love some
dried oregano (and salt, vinegar, and olive oil) on
fresh tomatoes, so I think I'll sprinkle them with
