1 cup rolled oats 2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut,

I used
toasted pecans instead of peanuts, add some
dried cranberries, and
after everything is cooled, drizzle with melted bittersweet chocolate.
Meanwhile,
toast the mustard seeds in a
dry skillet over medium - high heat, shaking the pan while they
toast, and stop when they start popping,
after about 3 minutes.
After baking, stir in
dried cherries and 1/2 cup
toasted unsweetened coconut.

dried pineapple, 1/4 cup chopped crystallized ginger, and 1/2 cup

I use anything that I think is tasty but I put the
dried fruit and already
toasted nuts in the oatmeal mix,
after it is baked and cooled... I buy diced fruit and what isn't diced, I dice them..
