salad is with the
dulse on it, right?
Dulse is a highly nutritious organic sea vegetable that can add valuable and important extra nutrition and flavour in soups, bone broths, chowders, fish dishes,
salads, miso soups and when baking or steaming vegetables.
Dulse can also be added to other seasonings such as salt and pepper grinders, sprinkled on
salads or used as a garnish.
Some people add
dulse to their
salads.
Dulse and kelp can be sprinkled in
salads and are a great salt replacement, while spirulina can be added to smoothies.
You can purchase sheets of thin, crunchy nori (wonderful mixed into
salads or used to wrap vegetables and avocado), dried chewy
dulse (pictured, right), or hijiki (which, when cooked, has a consistency similar to that of rice).
Add powdered
dulse to
salad dressings and marinades.
Incorporate the following to aid in continual kidney and liver cleansing: parsley, cilantro, dandelion root, licorice root, cayenne, turmeric, red pepper, garlic, lemon, lime, grapefruit, sea vegetables (seaweed
salad, nori,
dulse), artichokes, beets, cruciferous vegetables, wheatgrass, spirulina, chlorella and milk thistle.
You can buy kelp or
dulse flakes to sprinkle on food, add dried kombu to soups and stews, add a side of seaweed
salad when you're at the sushi restaurant, and use nori wraps as an alternative to bread or grain - based wraps.

dulse seaweed flakes 1 teaspoon Braggs Liquid Aminos 5 oz.
We started eating
dulse and a little seaweed
salad every day for iodine and left off the kale — we are recovered now after about a month....
Don't forget sea vegetables like
dulse, and kelp, which, in dried flaked form, are super easy to add to soups, casseroles, sauces,
salads and noodle dishes.
