Following is extremely effective flat stomach workout that contains bodyweight and
dumbbells exercises mixed with short aerobics intervals.

It's time to
mix it up from your usual
dumbbell exercises or barre class.
Power through the
exercises quickly using your own bodyweight, or take it at a slower, harder pace by adding a set of
dumbbells into the
mix.
I like to
mix these in with some barbell /
dumbbell and strongman
exercises but there's no reason you couldn't get by with just these alone.
But if you'd rather work out at home, I usually recommend a
mix of bodyweight
exercises as well as at least picking up a set of adjustable
dumbbells.

As a matter of fact, I don't even use cardio machines anymore for warmups before a workout (I did before occasionally)... Nowadays, I prefer to do
dumbbell or kettlebell snatches and swings
mixed with bodyweight
exercises as the perfect full body warmup at the beginning of my workouts.
And if you wanted to add some isolation
exercises into the
mix, you've got the cable crossover and
dumbbell flyes — all great
exercises for hitting the pectoral muscles.

So
exercises that are going to help with this are a lot of presses
mixed with a couple of other things, including bench press, overhead press, push - ups, dips and incline
dumbbell press.

As a result, we recommend that you
mix in not only this
dumbbell only chest workout into your overall chest development plan, but also blend in a few
dumbbell exercises into routines that also utilize barbell
exercises to build muscle fast.
For one or two of the stations you're going all - out on the machines and then the rest are a
mix of strength
exercises (think goblet squats with a kettlebell, incline push ups on steppers,
dumbbell exercises, etc.).
