One, perhaps this museum would change the Miami Dade Animal
Shelter's perspective (ideally) and educate the public as to what happens when they

dogs at this and other
shelters and two, this city kills so many
dogs they shouldn't be rewarded with Mark's humanitarian effort.
There isn't a city or county in the nation where
dogs don't need help — where they don't wind up on the street or neglected on chains in backyards, don't get
