When we considered that each Shrine would take around 10 minutes, we thought maybe for a Zelda title, it wasn't enough, it wasn't meeting that
dungeon feel for the game, so we thought maybe for this game, we could incorporate a big dungeon and perhaps one that moves or one that incorporates a gravity movement system and so we considered a big dungeon and that's how we thought about the Divine Beasts.

It absolutely scratches the itch
for an old - school
dungeon crawler, and brings back memories of playing Azure Dreams and
Dungeon Master, but it definitely
feels a little clunky at times, and is simply lacking in some of the quality of life features of newer
games.
It definitely
felt as if there could've been another
dungeon or two, but what
game that is there is great
for what it is.
The
game is split into a series of hubs that act as nothing more than a method of separating the
game's sprawling
dungeons, the vast distances being traversable using Death's summonable horse or by a fast travel system
for when equine transportation
feels like too much hassle.
However, because the
game was built originally
for mobile devices, these
dungeons didn't
feel like huge time commitments and you can pick up and progress quickly in a half hour (if not beat the level).
I've been playing RPGs
for decades — mine was the generation that first sat down to a
game of
Dungeons and Dragons — but rarely have I
felt so fully engaged in battle as in Warhammer Vermintide 2.
It just ends up making the women in the
game feel like disposable objects
for you to mate with to create better children to take into the
dungeons and fight alongside you.
I have several reasons
for my votes but overall the general, nostalgia, story lines, grind and community
feel (most mmorpgs nowadays are played
dungeon rush style with no need
for skill nor actual strategy an element now lost to mmorpg
games.)
If the
game is vaguely successful, then I want to publish it
for iOS & Android tablets too - I
feel the
game will work very nicely on tablets, from its turn - based nature to the repeatable short gameplay loop (
dungeon runs).
It's no walk in the park, but the immersive
dungeon crawling and challenging foes that stand between you and your objectives will keep you engaged, and taking down a boss who trounced you on your previous trek into the heart of a
dungeon feels tremendously satisfying when you ultimately persevere, claiming their Blood Crystal
for your own, which you can then use to unlock powerful Divinity abilities by offering it to one of the
game's three godly vessels, making your otherworldly avatar even more powerful.
Due to the
game giving the player bonus EXP
for recruiting a demon in battle, and the fact that most of the fused demons aren't that much more powerful than the demons you find in the current
dungeon, it doesn't really
feel like its worth the effort to go through the fusion process.

feel clunky (persona 4 golden better
for animation)-- Enviromental textures: this the only area
feels like impacted by vita limitation.
Dungeon designs
feel standard and not complicated, which is a good
for newcomers who haven't played
dungeon - crawler
games much or are otherwise new to the Demon Gaze series, though it's disappointing to see the PlayStation 4 version appear so bare - bones.
