On the subject of bugs... we leave our backdoor wide open,
the dutch door top open and have no window screens.

At the
top of the steps, and beyond the blue

We also replaced the exterior
door in the kitchen with a
dutch door so the
top can open while the bottom stays in place.
Also, I LOVE leaving the

dutch door open in the summer to let the breeze come through.
