The cushioned
ear cups feel great, especially for someone like me who always has to have his glasses on during gaming sessions.
The XO Three is wonderfully lightweight, and its soft fabric
ear cups feel snug and secure without being too tight.

feel like the headband could break easily but as long as you're not rough with it I can't see it being an issue!

This headset doesn't
feel too heavy, because the construction is all lightweight steel, with plastic
ear cups and an elastic headband, but the Omen 800 doesn't fold or bend at all.
It doesn't matter which side you choose to place the over-
ear ear -
cup; your left or right
ear will be covered in full and
feel no discomfort over long periods of play thanks to the foam outlining.
We never managed to get a fit that
felt balanced because the
ear cups couldn't pivot upward enough to exert even pressure around our
ears.
If things still don't
feel quite right, you can raise or lower each individual
ear cup by about an inch.
While the outside is plastic, it features metal pillars that make the Corsair Void Pro RGB
feel like a durable headset that won't break easily, and padding on the
ear -
cups, and on the band that goes over the top of your head, help make this a very comfortable headset to wear.
Given their size and design they look and
feel more like a pair of really high quality headphones that you can also use for gaming, and don't look too out of place if you wear them around, though the
ear cups are quite large.
It
feels very plasticy, basically because it is... once we got over that we started to appreciate the cool
ear -
cup design, inside and especially outside.
Not only that, the headset is comfortable to wear for hours without having that «hot
ears»
feeling, thanks to the full -
cup and «true...
While there's something for almost everyone across the Elite's stack of presets, it just
feels like too much, especially when navigating between them requires you to perform a series of long and short presses on the headset's right
ear cup.
The
ear cups offer a decent amount of noise isolation, but don't leave your
ears feeling like they're boxed in a small room.
The swiveling
ear cups alone put the G230 miles ahead of most competitors, and they actually
feel much more secure than their G430 counterparts.
The HyperX Cloud Alpha
feels remarkably premium for a $ 99 headset, offering great sound and supremely comfortable
ear cups within an attractive, sturdy design.
