race?
Early on I wanted to drive high horsepower, fast
cars, but those types of
cars just weren't
racing in competitive series where I lived.
And here's a sign of how quickly things move
in neuroscience:
Earlier this year, another paraplegic man, Rodrigo Hübner Mendes, became the first person to drive a
race car solely with his mind.
It was an attritional
race though - Fernando Alonso also got caught up
in the first corner shenanigans, eventually putting him out, meaning we'd lost four
