earned a bachelor's degree and wish to gain the pedagogical skills and knowledge that will assist them in becoming competent and effective

educators who want to become leaders of their profession.

earlier, more accurate placements will allow
educators to intervene sooner and build high - impact supports so that students enter college without the need for remediation, improving the chances that they will ultimately

Together, these efforts would create both the opportunity and the incentive for existing

earn their degrees.
