early field experience designed to expand preservice teachers» knowledge, experience, and preparation for VS, which is also relevant for the induction of new teachers and site facilitators in VS. To showcase good practice, preservice teachers were placed with an award - winning exemplary teacher from Iowa Learning Online (ILO).
The two preservice teachers were both traditional female undergraduates enrolled in
an early field experience course with an emphasis on technology.
