As you can see from the
line graph, the Pinnacle steam move on Oklahoma City caused the
line to move from +7.5 to +7
earlier this afternoon.
If you look at the above
graph and compare the blue
line (the cost of life insurance on a yearly basis) with the white
line (permanent insurance, premiums level for life), you'll see that in the
early years, the whole life premiums far exceed the actual cost of insurance — the company is taking in premiums far higher than they need.
As you can see in the relatively straight
line of the
graph, there was no «silver bullet» that made our mortgage go away; instead, our success in paying off our mortgage
early came from consistent planning, budgeting and focusing every dollar available (within reason) to paying the mortgage off.
P.S. My
earlier graph estimating Hadcrut4 using GISS was off by only one month as the flat
line started in December 2000 in the estimation.
In fact, activity in the past few months has been so low it matches the low activity seen in late 2007 and
early 2008, ten years ago when the last solar minimum began and indicated by the yellow
line that I have added to the
graph below.
If on the first
graph, one were to put a straight
line fit for a 35 year period between 1908 to 1943 (ie., before substantial manmade CO2 emissions) and another straight
line fit for a 35 year period between 1960 and 1995 (ie., when manmade emissions are said to be significant), those
lines would run parallel to one another and the gradient of the later
line would not be steeper than the gradient of the
earlier line thereby suggesting that the data does not show an increased rate of warming during the period when there was anthropogenic CO2 emissions.

graph or at the black
line (best estimate) of the annual
graph you clearly see a positive (NH)--(SH) anomaly value for the whole
early 20s late 60s period.
The dark blue
line on the
graph shows the power actually generated by Cathedral Rocks wind farm on 2011/02/25 (AEMO data); there was strong generation
early in the day and very little from midday to about 2200 hrs.
