Medical conditions such as insufficient glandular tissue (tubular breasts); a history of breast surgery; decreased breast stimulation and / or lack of emptying of the breast in
the early postpartum days; a NICU admission for your baby; or even tongue - tie can cause a reduction in your milk supply.
