Anything with potatoes in will
easily stick to bottom of the pot and burn.

I found that the oats
stuck a little
to the
bottom, but came off
easily if I quickly removed the inner pot from the Instant Pot housing and stirred with a rubber spatula.
If the
bottoms of the shortcakes
stick slightly
to the cookie sheet, use a metal spatula
to easily lift them off.
Once the masala starts
to stick to the
bottom of the pot (in spite of all that stirring), pour another 1/2 cup of water and stir it about and whatever is
stuck will
easily come unstuck.
I've used the regular one
to gently process oat flour, but learned it
easily becomes pasty and
sticks all in the
bottom if you're not careful, since it pulls the flour down
to blend, instead up pushing it up

bottom line is that unless your child can
easily handle using the trigger buttons on the PS3 controller then it might be best
to stick with the PC release.
