easier to clean the baking sheet after eating.

used the Chana Bateta for a «
easy» (read, cheap) way to feed 30 people for $ 50 for my Dale Carnegie class — having to work around two vegetarians and someone who was extremely lactose intolerant made any
meal decisions REALLY hard, and adding to the challenge was a class that only donated about $ 45 - 55 per
meal (this was a weekly thing for me).
I love
using my slow cooker because it is so
easy to put all of the ingredients for a whole
meal in one pot.
