Prepare an 8» x 8» square dish and line it with parchment paper, extending the edges up the sides for
easy removal later on.
(I like to line them with parchment paper, too, to guarantee
easy removal later.)
Line a small dish (any shape; I used a rectangle 5.5 x 7.5 glass dish) with plastic wrap or parchment paper for
easier removal later.
