real chocolate combo but I have self control and decided to use the rest in these brownies but don't think I wasn't considering a package of crumb donettes.
We served it with
real butter which brings out more the individual flavors in the bread as opposed to
eating the bread plain.
I love any and all things peanut
butter but my
real passion is cooking and

real life I usually
eat one or two pieces of seasonal fruit (nowadays it is an apple) and have a quick bite a bit later: most of the times it's a piece of toast with almond or cashew
butter and my mom's sugar - free plum jam on top.
They're wholesome and have
real fruit in them as well as peanut
butter (which is probably my favorite thing to
eat in the world).
So don't skimp on the
real butter, or be afraid to
eat nuts, oil, avocado or any of the good fats!
The main thing is that both WAPF and Paleo / Primal have taught
real people to
eat real food — the whole animal, the natural fats, the yellow
butter oil (found in clarified
butter from grass fed animals), foods cooked at home, bone broth, fermented foods, the list goes on and on.
The only other thing that I have added to my
eating plan, is the occasional (maybe 3 times a week) bowl of
real stovetop popcorn, with salt, and no
butter.
I had a patient who brought his «uncontrollable» diabetes under control to the point where he could get off his insulin simply by switching to a low carb diet for a few weeks and
eating real food, including more vegetables slathered in organic, pastured
butter.
If I want to
eat Jif because it tastes way better than
real peanut
butter and I ENJOY, like I get physical satisfaction, when
eating my toast then so be it.
The only
real side effects occur when you
eat shea
butter.
Others include
eating butter, lard, making
real bone broths and drinking raw milk.
I prefer to use Artisana's coconut
butter in my fat bomb recipes, and, well, let's be
real, I also just
eat it straight out of the jar prettttyyyy (read: very) regularly.
I also
eat nuts,
real butter, use heavy whipping cream, stevia sweetner and drink coffee.
Does this mean that there's no
real problem with any fat (
butter, etc.), just a need to
eat good veggies with them?
I do try to moderate dairy from milk
butter and cheese but I do
eat eggs almost daily and I too love
eating real foods!!

real butter IS fattening if you
eat too much of it.
I
ate uncured bacon,
real eggs,
butter, 80/20 ground meat, unprocessed meats, wild salmon and mackerel, coconut oil, any green vegetable, cauliflower, tomatoes, any nuts, tomatoes, cherries, limes, Himalayan pink salt, xylitol, hard cheeses and strawberries all the time.
