Having a «
plant -
based»
diet is not
as simple
as just
eating plants.
Even if you are already in good health and
eating whole food
plant -
based, variety is important, and including nuts
as part of your
diet will be beneficial.
Thinking that
eating a
plant based diet will magically make your thighs
as tight
as Beyone's nylon clad ones is fooling yourself.
Where the whole food
plant based diet (
as opposed to a vegan
diet which might be a WFPB
diet but also might not be) has a huge advantage over every other
eating pattern is that it actually makes people healthier and
as a result they feel better.
