I made it for the THIRD time tonight to take along to a potluck at a friend's house (it's going to be an eccentric kind of dinner, and I figured I might as well make what I want to eat.)

So many of us eat sandwiches for lunch, and salami, pepperoni and many Italian meats are definitely popular at our house.
