During the two weeks of our December cookie baking madness I figured it was time to make a healthy Paleo cookie that my kids could
eat as a healthy
snack,
breakfast or dessert (
and for myself where there was no guilt!).
This is where I share what we're
eating — mostly «real», family - friendly, doable dinners, plus
breakfast foods,
snacks,
and of course, my favorite homemade sweet treats.
They're great with
breakfast, but I especially like to
eat mine as a cozy reading
snack — they're perfect with a cup of tea
and a good book.
